White Coast Property Management specialise in taking care of people and their homes; whether you are an owner here on the Costa Blanca or somebody wanting to rent your special place in the sun we can take care of all aspects of your villa and apartment vacation plans.

We pride ourselves on professionalism, care and understanding the needs of our owners and holiday visitors. Our team is headed up by owner Louise along with her resort manager Maxine and Dean handling all things financial; between us we have over 30 years of experience, delivering on our promises to our clients and guests. The White Coast team have the local knowledge, the drive to deliver, all with a passion for what we do.

“I came on holiday to Javea 23 years ago and spent the month of August here and the foundations of my new life in Spain were laid. I fell in love with Javea, the surrounding areas, the people here on the Costa Blanca and also with my future husband Miguel. I had previously been professionally trained hairdresser working at top Tony and Guy salons which is where I am certain I found my eye for design and making sure people received the service they expected. After a number of years I decided that I needed a break from my hairdressing, having worked for many years at Tony and Guy I decided to make my home on the Costa Blanca.

Miguel was a representative for a leather importer based in Mallorca, so we decided to spend sometime living and working in Mallorca. I worked in Mallorca airport for Riva Travel, which then went on to be Sunworld. We returned to the main land and I continued working for Sunworld in Alicante at El Altet Airport until Sunworld bought Beach Villas. Beach Villas in Javea and operated through a company called BTB. I then became resort manager for Beach Villas; starting from contracting, brochure descriptions, work with photographers, welcome meetings, dealing with problems, and anything that the job could throw at me. I also spent time organising the BBC Holiday programme which involved working with Javea town hall and the then Mayor of Javea, as well as travelling across the whole region including Moraira, Javea, Jalon and Denia organising and preparing villas for the show.

In 1995 BTB offered me a senior management position, (in a very posh office), the position involved all the contract work with many major UK tour operators, including Thomas Cook, Cosmos, James Villas, Style Holidays. I provided the highest level of service for client contact, including arrival/ departures, villa descriptions, organising complex excursion programmes and dealing efficiently with the mountains paperwork

I stayed with BTB until after my daughter was born, and finished in 2005 to be a full time mum.

All of which, nearly 10 years on, brings me to White Coast Property Management and back to the role I love, helping owners and holiday guests enjoy a stress free holiday and the professional service that myself and the whole White Coast team deliver.
