Casa La Vida is high above the towns of Benitachell and Javea with views across to the Mediterranean sea. The villa is a tranquil getaway with ample room for a large family or one large group. A modern, split level property Casa la Vida benefits from 5 bedroom and 3 bathrooms. This villa is set out on two floors with 2 separate entrances, connected by an outside staircase; the superb terrace on the upper floor looks out across the valley, and on the ground floor a large terrace with BBQ area, pool terrace and a oval 8m x 4m pool. The Villa is situated between Javea and Benitachell in Les Font and is only 15 minutes drive to both Javea and Moraira’s blue flag beaches, with everything the bars and nightlife have to offer. There is a short drive to the pretty traditional Spanish town of Benitachell, and its collection of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The restaurants of Javea are within a 15 minute drive and the famous Arenal beach has everything a great family holiday could wish for. The villa is accessed from the upper level roadside with off-road parking for 2 cars. The main living accommodation comprises of a light and airy living dining space, fully equipped kitchen and there is ample seating and dining for 8. There is plenty of comfy seating in the large living room which is linked directly to the bedrooms. The lower level also benefits from an open plan living, dining kitchen with American style breakfast bar, leading on to the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms.

This villa is strictly no smoking with well behaved pets considered.
Linen and bath / hand towels provided free of charge.
Villa will be cleaned only between lets, however a full linen and towel changeover will be done weekly on request.

Golf: Within 10 minutes drive of the villa is Javea Golf Club situated between Moraira and Javea and is open all year round. The course is a 9 hole, par 72 and 3,035 metres. The course is easy to play and relatively flat. Other facilities include: driving range, putting green, heated swimming pool, club bar and restaurant. The Olazabal designed La Sella Golf Course is 15 minutes drive inland near the village of Jesus Pobre. The course has 18 holes, par 72 and is 6,029 metres. The course although flat has many trees and water obstacles and presents a very good challenge. Facilities include: driving range, putting green, motorised trolleys, club bar, lounge bar, restaurant and swimming pool. Both Javea and La Sella clubs have tennis and squash courts. Within an hour drive north in Oliva is Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. This testing course 18 holes, par 72 and 7,051 metres. The club has a shop, driving range, restaurant, swimming pool and fitness centre.

Other areas to explore: Javea is made up of three areas, the Arenal with its beautiful sandy beach, bars and restaurants. During the summer evenings the Arenal is busy with crafts stalls, artists and musicians. The port area with its fish market and promenade and the old town with its narrow streets, shops, historic buildings. There is a colourful market every Thursday morning. 10k from Javea is the town and port of Denia with daily crossings to the Balearic islands. Denia boasts miles of sandy beaches with its tree lined streets, pavement cafes, bars and restaurants. The resort of Benidorm is only a 30 minutes drive away and close by is Terra Mitica, which is one of Europes largest theme parks. Visit Aqualandia a themed water park and next door Mundomar with its dolphins, seals and parrots. A drive to Guadalest is a must with its quaint shops, narrow cobbled winding streets and spectacular views from the village square.

Javea Town: Javea lies between pine-covered Cabo De La Nao to the South and Cabo De San Antonio to the North. The town is ideal for a family holiday, especially in the Spring when the area is ablaze with blossom from the almonds and the scents of orange and lemon trees fill the air. The World Health Organisation has proclaimed Javea to be ‘environmentally near perfect’ and you can bask in the Costa Blanca’s brightest sunshine here on about 320 days of the year. Javea town nestles at the foot of 2,500 feet Mount Montgo, a designated nature reserve. It boasts a 16th century church, covered market and for the historically minded a museum housing a nationally important collection of rare Iberian finds from Montgo. After exploring the town’s fascinating narrow streets you can make your way to the old fishing port about 1 mile away. To the south of the old town lies the Arenal beach, a broad crescent of fine golden sand backed by a promenade of shops and restaurants.

La Guardia/Cabo De La Nao areas: Be sure to stop at the ‘Miradors’ (viewing points), several of which are located within a few minutes drive of Casa Mallandos. Without exception, they offer stunning views from cliff top perches of rocky coves and crystal clear water. This is snorkelling territory at its best, reminiscent of Cornwall but with guaranteed good weather! From Cabo De La Nao, it is possible on a clear day to see all the way to Ibiza 100 kms away. Also close by is the idyllic bay of La Granadella, so picturesque that it is often featured on Javea’s postcards.
