An immaculate apartment set in a quiet community, close to Javea and Moriara with beautiful views of the Mediterranean and surrounding coastline. This has to be seen to be believed your private terrace and sun deck is completely unique with sunset dining and shaded sun bathing possible. The large communal kidney shaped pool, with an infinity edge has a completely flat terraced area for sunbathing and relaxing and is for private use of residents only, access is in 30 seconds from the apartment. The interior finish is of an extremely high standard and is stylish, modern, and comfortably furnished throughout, this is an ideal apartment for a small family or two couples. You have access to all the local amenities of both Javea and Moraira with their blue flag awarded beaches within 10 minutes drive. For people looking for a golf break the Costa Blanca has 13 courses and the villa is within 5 minutes drive of Javea Golf Club and a short 20 minute drive to the chamionship La Sella course, offering 27 holes of exceptional quality.

Open plan kitchen / living space with fully equipped modern units, hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and a full set of cookware and utensils. There is also an iron and ironing board and washing machine in a separate utility cupboard.

The lounge/dining room is light and airy, comfortably furnished, with French windows leading to the large private balcony / terrace. the living room is fitted with satellite TV (Dutch and some English channels) , DVD player. WI FI is also available at no extra charge.

There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin. Both have fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a large double bed and panoramic sea views, the other bedroom has twin beds that can be pushed together to make a standard double and benefits from fitted wardrobes.

The apartment has been recently refurbished to a very high standard with many new household items throughout.
All linen, bath and kitchen towels are provided.

Pool towels are also provided but you are requested to not take them to the beach.

The access to this apartment is via a staircase and is not suitable for the very elderly or disabled.

Air-conditioning is not provided but electric fans are provided. Please note that due to its elevated position it benefits from cooling sea breezes all day and night.

Portable Air-conditioning units are available on request at an additional cost.

Javea is a beautiful traditional Spanish fishing village that has expanded to accommodate a relaxed tourist trade suitable for all ages. Locally there is something to do all year round, with traditional religious and local festivals at different times of year. There are so many wonderful sights to explore (lighthouses, caves, cathedrals) some fantastic walks, and sea excursions, also great for cycling and various other activities such as golf and tennis. A lively “cafe culture” means there is a relaxed but exciting atmosphere along the main beach front especially in the summer.
A hire car is not necessary due to the close proximity of the beaches and restaurants , but recommended if you would like to visit some of the fascinating villages inland towards the mountains and some stunning secluded coves and beaches along the coast.

Moraira is a magical beachside town just a short distance south of Javea on the coast of the northern Costa Blanca, approximately a 30 minute drive from Benidorm to the south. Moraira was a thriving fishing village but over time it has changed into a high end holiday destination, somehow it manages to cater perfectly to the tourism industry, with high end luxury villas and apartments whilst retaining much of the charm which has long attracted visitors and ex-pat residents.

Moraira is blessed with a wide selection of stylish cafés within its pleasant streets For authentic Spanish dishes why not visit Las Gaviotas in the square opposite the church. The main fish restaurants are located on the front overlooking the small port and fish market (La Lonja) where fish auctions take place every morning at 10am except Sundays. Well worth seeing.

There is plenty for the kids to do if they get bored with the swimming pool and beaches. Less than 30 minutes away there are many attractions for all ages including ‘Terra Natura’ animal park, ‘Mundomar’ an animal water park, ‘Aqualandia’ a themed water park and ‘Terra Mitica’ a huge fun park, boasting some of the largest rides in Europe.

Golf

The Costa Blanca has many renowned golf courses of which 5 are less than half an hours drive away. Javea itself has 2 – the internationally renowned 27 – hole course at La Sella which is a 20 minute drive away, and 5 minutes away a local 9-hole course which is more difficult than it looks and has superb views of the ‘landmark’ Montgo mountain. There are further 9-hole courses at Moraira and Altea and the 18-hole Seve Ballesteros designed course at Oliva Nova Golf Club.
There are also very good courses at Benidorm, Valencia and Alicante, in particular the famous 18-hole championship links course at El Saler, for those who don’t mind an hour or so drive before the round.

Cancellation / Prepayment

A €25 administration charge is also payable on arrival. There is a €200 security deposit against damages which is payable with your final balance, this will be returned to you within 14 days of your departure once the villa has been checked.

    The apartment at El Poble Nou de Benitatxell was exactly as pictures posted were depicting it, which came as a surprise (a positive one for sure). The view is stunning and one can easily spend the entire holiday sitting on the terrace overlooking the valley and the sea in the distance. There is always a bit of breeze that turns into a mild wind in the evenings, making the Spanish heat more than bearable. The host gave us all necessary info and instructions and our stay there was very relaxing. Vesna. August 2014
