85 Toscamar is a modern 1st floor apartment suitable for a family of 4 set within the grounds of  Residential Toscamar. This is a unique residential complex, absolutely ideal for family holidays because of its position, surroundings and the safety and security it affords. The apartment benefits 2 bedrooms a double and 2 singles with a bright living room and glazed terrace for al fresco dining. The apartment has air conditioning in the living room which feeds through to the bedrooms with the doors open. The kitchen is practical and well equipped but you will undoubtedly spend many nights dining in many of the fabulous local restaurants.The complex has a 24 hour Reception. Large pool with terraces and sunbathing area, two Tennis Courts, a children’s Play Area, a Cafe Bar, an excellent Restaurant and large Supermarket.

LOCATION: Approximately 2km to the sandy Arenal Beach with its lively atmosphere including plenty of bars and excellent restaurants. A local bus service
runs every 30 minutes, daily from the complex to the Beach, Port and Old Town. There are two excellent Golf Courses nearby.

JAVEA: Dominated by the impressive Mount Montgo, Javea has a relaxing
atmosphere and consists of four distinct areas. The pretty Old Town, the Fishing
Harbour (also with many excellent Restaurants), the main Beach at Arenal and
wooded hills behind where there is an asortment of beautiful residential
developments of houses and villas.Alicante and Valencia airports are 90kms away from the villa which is about an hour’s drive. Although a car is desirable it is not essential when staying as transport to and from the airport can be arranged at reasonable cost and public transport is available to the Arenal beach and Javea port together with all the local attractions.

Golf: Within 10 minutes drive of the apartment is Javea Golf Club situated between Moraira and Javea and is open all year round. The course is a 9 hole, par 72 and 3,035 metres. The course is easy to play and relatively flat. Other facilities include: driving range, putting green, heated swimming pool, club bar and restaurant. The Olazabal designed La Sella Golf Course is 15 minutes drive inland near the village of Jesus Pobre. The course has 18 holes, par 72 and is 6,029 metres. The course although flat has many trees and water obstacles and presents a very good challenge. Facilities include: driving range, putting green, motorised trolleys, club bar, lounge bar, restaurant and swimming pool. Both Javea and La Sella clubs have tennis and squash courts. Within a half hour drive north in Oliva is Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. This testing course 18 holes, par 72 and 7,051 metres. The club has a shop, driving range, restaurant, swimming pool and fitness centre.

Other areas to explore: Javea is made up of three areas, the Arenal with its beautiful sandy beach, bars and restaurants. During the summer evenings the Arenal is busy with crafts stalls, artists and musicians. The port area with its fish market and promenade and the old town with its narrow streets, shops, historic buildings. There is a colourful market every Thursday morning. 10k from Javea is the town and port of Denia with daily crossings to the Balearic islands. Denia boasts miles of sandy beaches with its tree lined streets, pavement cafes, bars and restaurants. The resort of Benidorm is only a 30 minutes drive away and close by is Terra Mitica, which is one of Europes largest theme parks. Visit Aqualandia a themed water park and next door Mundomar with its dolphins, seals and parrots. A drive to Guadalest is a must with its quaint shops, narrow cobbled winding streets and spectacular views from the village square.

Javea Town: Javea lies between pine-covered Cabo De La Nao to the South and Cabo De San Antonio to the North. The town is ideal for a family holiday, especially in the Spring when the area is ablaze with blossom from the almonds and the scents of orange and lemon trees fill the air. The World Health Organisation has proclaimed Javea to be ‘environmentally near perfect’ and you can bask in the Costa Blanca’s brightest sunshine here on about 320 days of the year. Javea town nestles at the foot of 2,500 feet Mount Montgo, a designated nature reserve. It boasts a 16th century church, covered market and for the historically minded a museum housing a nationally important collection of rare Iberian finds from Montgo. After exploring the town’s fascinating narrow streets you can make your way to the old fishing port about 1 mile away. To the south of the old town lies the Arenal beach, a broad crescent of fine golden sand backed by a promenade of shops and restaurants.

La Guardia/Cabo De La Nao areas: Be sure to stop at the ‘Miradors’ (viewing points), several of which are located within a few minutes drive of Casa Mallandos. Without exception, they offer stunning views from cliff top perches of rocky coves and crystal clear water. This is snorkelling territory at its best, reminiscent of Cornwall but with guaranteed good weather! From Cabo De La Nao, it is possible on a clear day to see all the way to Ibiza 100 kms away. Also close by is the idyllic bay of La Granadella, so picturesque that it is often featured on Javea’s postcards.

There is plenty for the kids to do should they get bored with the swimming pool and beaches. Less than 30 minutes away there are many attractions for all ages including a Safari Park, ‘Mundomar’ an Animal Water Park, ‘Aqualandia’ a theme Swimming Park and ‘Terra Mitica’ a large Fun Park, boasting some of the largest rides in Europe.
