Nestled above the valley but only a 5 minute drive from Javea and 15 minutes from Moraira, The villa has a great central location allowing easy access to the local countryside and the bustling beaches on the Javea seafront. For those who enjoy a stroll, Javea Old Town is just a 30 minute walk through the orange groves. Villa Piver, meaning pine wood in the local Spanish dialect of Valenciano, is an ideal villa for one large group or 2 families totalling 8 people looking for a perfect holiday close to the Javea / Moraira / Denia area within the Marina Alta. From the roadside the villa is a contemporary end property on a quiet street. Make your way up the drive from the electric security gates with intercom and pass the beautiful modern pool area with a cascading fountain and roman steps. The 10.5m x 5m pool is  surrounded by a large flat terrace for the sun worshippers and kids to play. The pool benefits from an outside shower and can be viewed from the villa’s upper shaded terrace with its lounge seating and high quality rattan recliners and sofa. The solid oak front entrance leads to the spacious hall and open plan main living room with large picture window bringing the glorious views and light right in to the heart of the villa. Adjacent to the main living room is the high quality modern kitchen with a rear entrance leading to an outside shaded dining area for 8 people. This central space in the villa is perfect for those who like to entertain with dining inside and outside for 8 people and with a modern, well equipped kitchen you can choose where you would like to relax and eat. The living space seats 8 comfortably on large white leather sofas with a 48″ flat screen TV and UK satellite channels meaning you will never be short of something to watch.  On this main central level there is a half covered terrace with comfy, high quality furnishings and al-fresco dining for 8 people. From this level you can look down on the pool and listen to the sizzle of the gas BBQ in the evening sun.  On this central level you will also find the twin children’s room with bunk beds suitable for children and teenagers, the en-suite family bathroom with a full bath and adjacent is a guest WC with hand basin. To the rear of the living room are the stairs down to the ground floor living room, which is perfect for getting the kids out of the midday sun with another flat screen TV and Xbox 360 console and games. This space is pure quality with comfy bright red leather sofas, plenty of space, double glass doors leading to the impressive pool and terrace. Adjacent to this living room is a small reading area for a little quite time with your favourite book.  The lower floor also leads includes a further 2 double bedrooms with large walk in en-suite shower-rooms. The master suite on this level is a large and bright space with another set of double glass doors leading directly out onto the pool terrace with those amazing valley views beyond. The upper floor of the villa is very private and made up of a master en-suite bedroom with large walk in shower room, fitted wardrobes and 2 private balconies with your own private views out to the Montgo and beyond. The villa has Wi-Fi throughout at no extra cost and benefits from air-conditioning in all areas. This villa is a real gem and if you are looking for the perfect villa holiday with your family then this is it……look no further! This villa is strictly no smoking inside or outside the property. Linen and bath / pool / hand towels provided free of charge. Villa will be cleaned only between lets, however a full linen and towel changeover will be available weekly on request. Golf: Within 10 minutes drive of the villa is Javea Golf Club situated between Moraira and Javea and is open all year round. The course is a 9 hole, par 72 and 3,035 metres. The course is easy to play and relatively flat. Other facilities include: driving range, putting green, heated swimming pool, club bar and restaurant. The Olazabal designed La Sella Golf Course is 20 minutes drive inland near the village of Jesus Pobre. The course has 18 holes, par 72 and is 6,029 metres. The course although flat has many trees and water obstacles and presents a very good challenge. Facilities include: driving range, putting green, motorised trolleys, club bar, lounge bar, restaurant and swimming pool. Both Javea and La Sella clubs have tennis and squash courts. Within an hour drive north in Oliva is Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. This testing course 18 holes, par 72 and 7,051 metres. The club has a shop, driving range, restaurant, swimming pool and fitness centre. Other areas to explore: At the bottom of the hill around a 5 minute walk is the Montgo Verde garden centre with Balinese style cafe serving delicious breakfasts and lunches. 5 minutes drive away is Javea. It is made up of three areas, the Arenal with its beautiful sandy beach, bars and restaurants. During the summer evenings the Arenal is busy with crafts stalls, artists and musicians. The port area with its fish market and promenade and the old town with its narrow streets, shops, historic buildings. There is a colourful market every Thursday morning. 10km from Javea is the town and port of Denia with daily crossings to the Balearic islands. Denia boasts miles of sandy beaches with its tree lined streets, pavement cafes, bars and restaurants. The resort of Benidorm is only a 30 minutes drive away and close by is Terra Mitica, which is one of Europes largest theme parks. Visit Aqualandia a themed water park and next door Mundomar with its dolphins, seals and parrots. A drive to Guadalest is a must with its quaint shops, narrow cobbled winding streets and spectacular views from the village square. Javea Town: Javea lies between pine-covered Cabo De La Nao to the South and Cabo De San Antonio to the North. The town is ideal for a family holiday, especially in the Spring when the area is ablaze with blossom from the almonds and the scents of orange and lemon trees fill the air. The World Health Organisation has proclaimed Javea to be ‘environmentally near perfect’ and you can bask in the Costa Blanca’s brightest sunshine here on about 320 days of the year. Javea town nestles at the foot of 2,500 feet Mount Montgo, a designated nature reserve. It boasts a 16th century church, covered market and for the historically minded a museum housing a nationally important collection of rare Iberian finds from Montgo. After exploring the town’s fascinating narrow streets you can make your way to the old fishing port about 1 mile away. To the south of the old town lies the Arenal beach, a broad crescent of fine golden sand backed by a promenade of shops and restaurants.
