Villa Priscilla is a stunning, newly built, modern villa with the highest specification fixtures and fittings money can buy, along with one of the most sought after locations on the Costa Blanca. Set apart in a striking cliff top location, Villa Priscilla overlooks the world famous Granadella beach and cove. Granadella was recently voted the best beach in Spain and the villa is only 5 minutes drive to this magical location. The villa is in a quiet residential area, set out on a split level plot with views across to the cliffs, the sea horizon and down to the beach. It is true to say that this must be seen to be believed. The views from the sun deck reach out from the large infinity pool to the sky and beach beyond with a built in Jacuzzi and plenty of space to soak up the Mediterranean sun. A unique feature of the pool is an underwater window that allows you to see the view from beneath crystal blue waters. The pool has a dedicated shower and BBQ area for lazy food and drink while you take in the views. The outside “Ibizan” style covered chill-out area is perfect for escaping the midday heat and entertaining guests from dawn till dusk. This relaxing covered terrace also benefits from amazing offshore breezes to cool the space. The villa has an integrated connective sound system throughout the interior and exterior, allowing music to be played independently in each area from your IPod or mobile device. The interior of the villa is split into 2 levels with the entrance on the upper floor leading to the living room. The upper living room has floor to ceiling glass windows on a curved design giving uninterrupted views. The room is super modern with comfy furnishings and a large flat screen TV suspended in the centre of the room with a feature modern gas fire place. This living room leads to the master suite with private full bathroom, large king size bed and built in wardrobes. The master suite is ultra modern with the most stunning views to wake up to and watch the sunrise. Also on the upper floor is another large bedroom with king size bed and open plan, full, en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom on this upper level has a large very comfortable sofa bed, with floor to ceiling windows, plenty of wardrobe space and more views to die for! Adjacent to the living room you take a unique walk down the feature spiral staircase into the main ground level. On this level you enter a huge open plan, modern living space with kitchen, dining area and living room, the fixtures, as they are throughout, are luxurious and contemporary. The kitchen is open plan with a large island console and sleek cool lines. The kitchen is fully equipped, with large American style fridge freezer and high quality built in appliances throughout. The utility space next to the kitchen hidden behind a door contains the washing machine, tumble dryer and iron. The whole open plan area has large sliding doors allowing the offshore breeze into the kitchen and living room giving uninterrupted views of the skyline; a cosy wood burner for the cooler winter nights is also a feature. The ground floor also has another fourth, large open plan bedroom with king size bed and full en-suite open plan bathroom. The pool and terrace can be accessed from this bedroom’s patio doors. The villa has integrated air-conditioning throughout with atmosphere controls in each room. The villa has under-floor heating to keep you warm if you would like to stay during the winter months. This villa has easy access to Granadella beach with 2 high quality bars and restaurants. If you travel 10 minutes by car you reach Javea and all it has to offer with the famous beach bars, restaurants of every type and the golden sands of the Arenal. This beautifully furnished villa sleeps 6/8 for family groups with children using the fourth bedroom with the sofa bed. The pool is heated and glorious throughout the year and with roman steps is easily accessible for children and the elderly; panoramic views can be taken in from this little piece of paradise across the bay and to the cliff tops beyond. Secure off road parking is available to guests for one large car. The whole of this villa has been designed and decorated to the highest standards with gorgeous furniture throughout that gives it a comfortably modern feel. There is ample seating for 8 diners inside and out with a large gas BBQ and outside sink. The “Ibizan” style covered terrace provide plenty of shade around the pool and is ideal for a lazy breakfast or lunch.

Javea the jewel of the northern Costa Blanca is a 10 minute drive away; it still functions as a fishing port with the boats leaving every day and returning with their catch. Alongside the rag tag fleet of fishing vessels can be found the multi million euro yachts and family pleasure cruisers all moored in the famous port area below Puchol’s grand villas. Javea has 3 separate distinct stretches of coastline and is very much a lived in area which is popular with visitors and holiday villa seekers. Views across the bay are spectacular.

Playa de l’Arenal is Javea’s most famous (but not only) tourist beach area. It is a dreamy setting stretching no more than 300m from the well located Parador hotel in the north as far as the famous Javea nightclub “Achill” in the south. The Arenal is home to every type of café bar and restaurant, which are set back from the wide promenade and beach. With views across the bay and a family chilled out atmosphere this is the perfect beach holiday get away. With fine golden sand, volleyball nets, various boutique shops and ice cream parlours stretching along the promenade, you can also find plenty of play areas for the kids. The fine sand leads down to the shallow Mediterranean waters making this a safe and exciting beach for all the family.

Denia lies some 7km north of Javea along a spectacular winding mountain road over the Montgo Mountain or a easy drive past the small towns of La Xara and Ondara. It is a bustling resort with a classic Spanish traditional old town, fine restaurants and blue flag beaches stretching for many kilometres, even in the height of summer finding a quite spot is always easy. The Marques de Campo is a lively street, lined with open air restaurants with a real world food theme serving everything from traditional rice and tapas as well as tastes from Germany, Holland and the UK. All these restaurants have adequate open air seating which makes for a meal with great atmosphere, with the added bonus of shading from the trees lining the avenue, many an hour can be spent watching the world go by. The surrounding streets are great for shopping, with plenty of boutiques and designer clothing outlets; Denia provides the best shopping between Valencia and Benidorm.

There is plenty for the kids to do if they get bored with the swimming pool and beaches. Less than 30 minutes away there are many attractions for all ages including ‘Terra Natura’ animal park, ‘Mundomar’ an animal water park, ‘Aqualandia’ a themed water park and ‘Terra Mitica’ a huge fun park, boasting some of the largest rides in Europe.

Golf

The Costa Blanca has many renowned golf courses of which 5 are less than half an hours drive away. Javea itself has 2 – the internationally renowned 27 – hole course at La Sella which is a 25 minute drive away, and a local 9-hole course which is more difficult than it looks and has superb views of the ‘landmark’ Montgo mountain. There are further 9-hole courses at Moraira and Altea and the 18-hole Seve Ballesteros designed course at Oliva Nova Golf Club.
There are also very good courses at Benidorm, Valencia and Alicante, in particular the famous 18-hole championship links course at El Saler, for those who don’t mind an hour or so drive before the round.
