With over 30 years in the hospitality industry, Louise has seen it all—from hotels, holiday resorts, to bars and nightclubs. Louise is all about giving you the VIP treatment and making sure every detail is perfect. Dean - Owner

Michelle is our local expert, having lived and worked in Javea for over 20 years. Our story
The story of White Coast Property Management began in 2010, when we started with just one property. Since then, we have grown our portfolio to include more than 50 properties in Javea and Moraira, two beautiful locations. Our success is due to our commitment to excellence and our dedication to our clients, and we are proud of what we have achieved.
We have a team of more than 10 people, both full-time and seasonal, who work hard every day to ensure that every aspect of property management is handled with care and precision. Our team includes managers who oversee operations, as well as cleaners, handymen, pool cleaners, gardeners, and photographers. Each member of our team plays an important role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
