Golf: Within 20 minutes drive of the villa is La Sella Golf Club. The Olazabal designed La Sella Golf Course is near the village of Jesús Pobre. The course has 27 holes, par 72 and is 6,029 metres for 18 holes. The course although flat has many trees and water obstacles and presents a very good challenge. Facilities include : driving range, putting green, motorised trolleys, club bar, lounge bar, restaurant and swimming pool.

Jávea golf club, between Moraira and Jávea and is open all year round. The course is a 9 hole, par 72 and measures 3,035 metres. The course is easy to play and relatively flat. Other facilities include : driving range, putting green, club bar and restaurant..

Within a 40 minute drive north in Oliva is Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. This testing course has 18 holes, is par 72 and measures 7,051 metres. The club has a shop, driving range, restaurant, swimming pool and fitness centre.

Other areas to explore:

Jávea is made up of three areas.

1/ The Arenal with its beautiful sandy beach, bars and restaurants. During the summer evenings the Arenal is busy with crafts stalls, artists and musicians.

2/ The port area with its fish market and promenade.

3/ The old town with its narrow streets, shops, historic buildings. There is a colourful market every Thursday morning.

10k from Jávea is the town and port of Denia with daily crossings to the Balearic islands. Denia boasts miles of sandy beaches with its tree lined streets, pavement cafés, bars and restaurants.

The resort of Benidorm is only a 40 minute drive away and close by is Terra Mítica, which is one of Europe's largest theme parks, you can also visit Aqualandia a themed water park and next door Mundomar with its dolphins, seals and parrots. A drive to Guadalest is a must with its quaint shops, narrow cobbled winding streets and spectacular views from the village square.

Jávea Town: Jávea lies between pine-covered Cabo De La Nao to the South and Cabo De San Antonio to the North. The town is ideal for a family holiday, especially in the Spring when the area is ablaze with blossom from the almonds and the scents of orange and lemon trees fill the air. The World Health Organisation has proclaimed Jávea to be ‘environmentally near perfect’ and you can bask in the Costa Blanca’s brightest sunshine here on about 320 days of the year.

Jávea old town nestles at the foot of 2,500 feet Mount Montgo, a designated nature reserve. It boasts a 16th century church, covered market and for the historically minded a museum housing a nationally important collection of rare Iberian finds from Montgo. After exploring the town’s fascinating narrow streets, you can make your way to the old fishing port about 1 mile away. To the south of the old town lies the Arenal beach, a broad crescent of fine golden sand backed by a promenade of shops and restaurants.

La Guardia/Cabo De La Nao areas: Be sure to stop at the ‘Miradors’ (viewing points), several of which are located within a 15 minute drive from the villa. Without exception, they offer stunning views from cliff top perches of rocky coves and crystal clear water. This is snorkelling territory at its best, reminiscent of Cornwall but with guaranteed good weather! From Cabo De La Nao, it is possible on a clear day to see all the way to Ibiza 100 kms away. Also close by is the idyllic bay of La Granadella, so picturesque that it is often featured on Jávea’s postcards.

Graag even een bericht. mijn verblijf van 18 april j.l het prachtige huis La Grava in Cabia Spanje. Geweldige accommodatie . Zeer ruime etage woning met grote woonkomer met fraai terras geheel voorzien comfortabele banken eetgelegenheid met uitzicht op zee. TEE ruime slaapkamers met badkamer en keuken. Alles zag er piekfijn uit. Het appartement ligt zeer strategisch . strand en restaurants. Privé parking. Het was geweldig hier een week te vertoeven. Echt een aanrader.

Stayed at this apartment over the half term. Couldn’t be happier with it. Perfect location and beautifully presented with everything you could ever need. White Coast property owners Louise and Dean were wonderful meeting us and helping settle us in. They couldn’t be more helpful Just a 5 min stroll to all the bars and restaurants on the Arenal and 30 mins along the coast to the Port area. Will definitely return… 10 out of 10!!!

Amazing holiday , the apartment was lovely very clean. All the rooms were great size . The kitchen had everything you needed. Great balcony looking out to the sea. The pool was very welcoming as the temperatures were high for the whole stay. The area was great, good selection of restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Would definitely go back

Excellent Apartment

We've stayed here a few times now and absolutely love it. Location wise it's a 5 minute walk from the Arenal and a 15 minute walk from the port. There are a few beach bars within a 10 minute walk. It's a stone throw away from the sea. The apartment itself is spotless and has everything you need. The bathroom has been done up since our last visit and looks really nice and modern. The bedrooms are a good size, as is the living room. Dean and Louise looked after us well and are very responsive to any queries. Overall highly recommended.

Fabulous apartment

We had a fantastic 5 days at La Grave. The apartment is ideally situated to walk to both the Arenal and the port for evening meals. The views are fantastic and only a short walk to the beach. The villa is modern and well equipped with everything you need for a short break I personally would have liked a proper sun bed rather than a beach chair but we coped by the lovely clean large pool non the less. We will definitely return

Comfortable apartment,very well situated. Dean and Louise very accommodating, and helpful with our queries. The apartment loses points, re.bathroom needed attention (bath and shower) unfortunately our stay the weather was not good, so comfort and heating were most welcome.Thank you to Dean and Louise we would stay again.

As many have mentioned in previous reviews. This apartment is in a fantastic location. It is large and spacious for 2-bed accommodation. The development is stylish and maintained to a very high standard. Access in and out of the property is very easy, with excellent off-road, secure parking available, if required. The property is excellently managed by White Coast, who were a delight to deal with. Nothing too much trouble and extremely quick to respond, if and when needed. Highly recommended.

Apartamento muy bonito y bien situado. Desde la terraza puedes ver la piscina y el mar. Y desde la cocina vista a la montaña. Cocina bien equipada con todo tipo de utensilios. Buen estado.
