Denia's international boutique shops and medieval castle are 20 minutes away, while charming Moraira is easily reached in 25 minutes.
Your Private Sun-Soaked Sanctuary
The villa's crown jewel is the sun-drenched 8m x 4m private pool surrounded by quality sun loungers—your personal oasis for lazy Mediterranean days. Immediately, you'll feel it: that sensation of privacy, peace, and calm created by Mediterranean plants and thick oleander lining the garden.
The Perfect Blend of Old and New

Two modern, well-finished bathrooms serve the home perfectly.
The fully equipped kitchen connects seamlessly to the dining area, offering ample space for meal preparation and casual dining. A separate utility area houses a washing machine, dryer, and an additional fridge-freezer—those thoughtful touches that make villa life effortless.
Outdoor Bliss
Step down to the delightful sun deck with beautiful traditional tiled flooring and sunbeds positioned to capture the Mediterranean sun. The views are simply stunning: surrounding hills, the valley below, and the magnificent Montgo mountain as your backdrop. Fire up the quality gas BBQ for evening gatherings under the Spanish sky.

2/ The port area with its fish market and promenade.
3/ The old town with its narrow streets, shops, historic buildings. There is a colourful market every Thursday morning.
10k from Jávea is the town and port of Denia with daily crossings to the Balearic islands. Denia boasts miles of sandy beaches with its tree lined streets, pavement cafés, bars and restaurants.
The resort of Benidorm is only a 30 minute drive away and close by is Terra Mítica, which is one of Europe's largest theme parks, you can also visit Aqualandia a themed water park and next door Mundomar with its dolphins, seals and parrots. A drive to Guadalest is a must with its quaint shops, narrow cobbled winding streets and spectacular views from the village square.
Jávea Town: Jávea lies between pine-covered Cabo De La Nao to the South and Cabo De San Antonio to the North. The town is ideal for a family holiday, especially in the Spring when the area is ablaze with blossom from the almonds and the scents of orange and lemon trees fill the air. The World Health Organisation has proclaimed Jávea to be ‘environmentally near perfect’ and you can bask in the Costa Blanca’s brightest sunshine here on about 320 days of the year.
Jávea old town nestles at the foot of 2,500 feet Mount Montgo, a designated nature reserve. It boasts a 16th century church, covered market and for the historically minded a museum housing a nationally important collection of rare Iberian finds from Montgo. After exploring the town’s fascinating narrow streets, you can make your way to the old fishing port about 1 mile away. To the south of the old town lies the Arenal beach, a broad crescent of fine golden sand backed by a promenade of shops and restaurants.
La Guardia/Cabo De La Nao areas: Be sure to stop at the ‘Miradors’ (viewing points), several of which are located within a 20 minute drive of Casa Los Árboles. Without exception, they offer stunning views from cliff top perches of rocky coves and crystal clear water. This is snorkelling territory at its best, reminiscent of Cornwall but with guaranteed good weather! From Cabo De La Nao, it is possible on a clear day to see all the way to Ibiza 100 kms away. Also close by is the idyllic bay of La Granadella, so picturesque that it is often featured on Jávea’s postcards.

Lovely villa holiday set in peaceful surroundings. The villa is very well equipped with excellent quality kitchen ware. Super swimming pool with excellent loungers and seating areas.Highly reccomend Casa Los Arboles . The only improvement to recommed would be some useful information in the villa booklet on the operation of the televisions to obtain the sky channel setup.
Just like to say how much we enjoyed our stay at the villa and the hospitality and quailty of information of Louise and Dean at white coast propety Management, We have been using villas all over Spain, the Canaries and Baliarics for 20 years, and Los arbloes is by far the best we have stayed in. The cleanliness, quality, and thoughtful touches, along with how tastefully the villa is laid out, is second to none, this villa has everything you need and more, the location and amenities were exactly as advised on the advert, the views are stunning and the villa's location is in a quiet residential area. It was like staying in a home from home. I would definitely recommend staying at Casa Los Arboles, and White coast propoery Management ,and will be booking again In the future.
Many thanks for such a fabulous review, we are so pleased you enjoyed your stay and look forward to seeing you again soon.
We rented Casa Los Arboles for our friends to stay when we got married. The house is a sweet getaway, well equiped and have a wonderful view over the valley an up the steep and colourful cliffs of Montgo. With the possibilities to hang around the pool, the terrace or in the livingroom you do not get limited by weather or season. Although it’s located in a neighbourhood of villas it feels secluded and very private. If you want to get some hustle and bustle Javea is just 10 minutes away with the beach Arenal, the town itself and the harbour. For freshly baked bread you can always pop in to the small pitoresque village of Jesus Pobre some two kilometers away.
Thanks Annica, so pleased you enjoyed your stay and we look forward to seeing you again.
Casa Los Árboles is a lovely villa nestled near Montgó Nature Park between Jávea and Denia, which offers plenty of nature trails and walking paths. Ideal for hikers like us. The villa itself is comfortable, with a cozy living room and a well-equipped kitchen. Unlike many Spanish houses, which can be rather cold in winter, Casa Los Árboles is well-insulated and has heating and a log-burner. This made it an inviting place to return to after a day of outdoor activities. All in all, a great spot for a quiet getaway, which I would totally recommend.
Hey Mariska, thanks for the great review!
We recently had the pleasure of spending two weeks here. The villa is nestled on the slopes of Montgo mountain between Javea and Denia. This traditional Spanish holiday home exceeded all expectations. The Mediterranean garden provided an immediate sense of tranquility and privacy and even in wintertime we could enjoy lots of sunshine at the naya. This became our favorite spot. It offers breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and the valley. The water in the pool was too cold to take a swim as there is no heating. Inside, the villa has modern conveniences. The living has an inviting atmosphere, adorned with comfortable sofas, air conditioning (hot and cool) and a SMART TV with international channels. The bedrooms are cozy, each equipped with air conditioning. The kitchen is small but modern and also fully equipped for preparing meals. The villa's location proved to be ideal for exploring Javea and sandy Arenal beach just a short drive away. Denia and Moraira are also within easy reach. And so is the small but luxury Ermita supermarket too.
Hi Leny, so pleased with your review of Casa Los Arboles and we hope to see you again soon, who knows maybe in the summertime.
Our week at Casa Los Arboles was nothing short of magical, turning a simple girls trip into an unforgettable experience. The villa greeted us with its traditional Spanish charm and modern comforts. The naya quickly became our preferred spot for breakfasts and late-night chats. The interior of the villa was equally inviting. The open-plan living room was the hub of our evenings. The bedrooms have plenty of space, wardrobes with many chlothes hangers and mirrors. And the kitchen of course has a fridge but in the utility area there is an additional fridge too. A short drive took us to the vibrant town of Jávea with its lively cafes and restaurants, offering the perfect blend of local charm and nightlife excitement. The proximity to Denia and Moraira allowed us to do some shopping.
Thanks Sanne, so glad you enjoyed your stay and we look forward to seeing you again soon.
