Welcome to La Vista, a sleek, modern villa perched on the Benimeit hillside above Moraira — where big-sky views, a show-stopping terrace, and effortless indoor-outdoor living set the tone for an unforgettable Costa Blanca stay.
Start your day with coffee at the breakfast bar as the Mediterranean glimmers in the distance. Spend afternoons drifting between the 10m x 5m pool (with Roman steps and a shallow end for little ones) and the shaded Ibiza-style lounge. Then gather everyone for long, laughter-filled dinners at the outdoor table for 12, with the gas BBQ fired up and the evening breeze rolling in.
You’ll enter into a bright, open-plan living space designed for together-time.
The kitchen is spacious and welcoming with a breakfast bar for 4 and a dining table nearby for 8, flowing into the main lounge with sofa seating for 8 and international satellite TV (multi-language options, films, sports, and kids’ channels).
On the main level you’ll find 4 bedrooms (2 doubles and 2 twins). Upstairs are two standout suites — a double and the master king — both with en-suite bathrooms and access to the upper sun terrace with a private lounge set and incredible views. There’s also a second upper terrace with two sunbeds for quiet sunbathing away from the group.
La Vista is moments from Moraira’s beaches, restaurants, and bars, with the main beach just a 5-minute drive away — close enough for spontaneity, far enough for peace.
If you want modern luxury, space for everyone, and views you’ll talk about for months — La Vista delivers.
Moraira is a magical beach-side town just a short distance south of Javea on the coast of the northern Costa Blanca, approximately a 30 minute drive from Benidorm to the south. Moraira was a thriving fishing village but over time it has changed into a high end holiday destination, somehow it manages to cater perfectly to the tourism industry, with high end luxury villas and apartments whilst retaining much of the charm which has long attracted visitors and ex-pat residents.
Moraira is blessed with a wide selection of stylish cafés within its pleasant streets For authentic Spanish dishes why not visit Las Gaviotas in the square opposite the church. The main fish restaurants are located on the front overlooking the small port and fish market (La Lonja) where fish auctions take place every morning at 10am except Sundays. Well worth seeing. In Moriara there is an old port with some beautiful bars and restaurants overlooking the Marina.
15 minutes drive away is the town of Javea the jewel of the northern Costa Blanca; it still functions as a fishing port with the boats leaving every day and returning with their catch. Alongside the rag tag fleet of fishing vessels can be found the multi million euro yachts and family pleasure cruisers all moored in the famous port area below Puchol’s grand villas. Javea has 3 separate distinct stretches of coastline and is very much a lived in area which is popular with visitors and holiday villa seekers. Views across the bay are spectacular.
Playa de l’Arenal is Javea’s most famous (but not only) tourist beach area. It is a dreamy setting stretching no more than 300m from the well located Parador hotel in the north as far as the famous Javea nightclub “Achill” in the south. The Arenal is home to every type of café bar and restaurant, which are set back from the wide promenade and beach. With views across the bay and a family chilled out atmosphere this is the perfect beach holiday get away. With fine golden sand, volleyball nets, various boutique shops and ice cream parlours stretching along the promenade, you can also find plenty of play areas for the kids. The fine sand leads down to the shallow Mediterranean waters making this a safe and exciting beach for all the family.
Denia lies some 25km north of Javea along a spectacular winding mountain road over the Montgo Mountain or a easy drive past the small towns of La Xara and Ondara. It is a bustling resort with a classic Spanish traditional old town, fine restaurants and blue flag beaches stretching for many kilometres, even in the height of summer finding a quite spot is always easy. The Marques de Campo is a lively street, lined with open air restaurants with a real world food theme serving everything from traditional rice and tapas as well as tastes from Germany, Holland and the UK. All these restaurants have adequate open air seating which makes for a meal with great atmosphere, with the added bonus of shading from the trees lining the avenue, many an hour can be spent watching the world go by. The surrounding streets are great for shopping, with plenty of boutiques and designer clothing outlets; Denia provides the best shopping between Valencia and Benidorm.
There is plenty for the kids to do if they get bored with the swimming pool and beaches. Less than 20 minutes away there are many attractions for all ages including ‘Terra Natura’ animal park, ‘Mundomar’ an animal water park, ‘Aqualandia’ a themed water park and ‘Terra Mitica’ a huge fun park, boasting some of the largest rides in Europe.
Golf
The Costa Blanca has many renowned golf courses of which 5 are less than half an hours drive away. Javea itself has 2 – the internationally renowned 27 – hole course at La Sella which is a 35 minute drive away, and a local 9-hole course which is more difficult than it looks and has superb views of the ‘landmark’ Montgo mountain. There are further 9-hole courses in Moraira itself and Altea and the 18-hole Seve Ballesteros designed course at Oliva Nova Golf Club is a 45 minute drive away.
There are also very good courses at Benidorm, Valencia and Alicante, in particular the famous 18-hole championship links course at El Saler, for those who don’t mind an hour or so drive before the round.
We can help with any golf arrangements prior to your arrival, please contact us for more details.

We are a family of 9 including 5 adults and 4 children (ages 4-14). We have just returned from a 6 night stay at the villa and have had a wonderful time. The villa is beautiful and fully equipped with everything that you need for a relaxing, luxury holiday. All the rooms are tastefully decorated and benefit from air conditioning (which was much needed!)The location is great- just a short car journey from the middle of town. We would all highly recommend. Both Dean and Michelle are easy to deal with and incredibly helpful. The only thing I would add is that the villa would benefit from the installation of a safe. However overall we couldn't fault anything.
Thanks so much for the brilliant review and we take on board your comments regarding a safe and we will get one fitted for next season. We hope to see you again soon.
9 of us have just spent a week there and enjoyed every minute. We are already missing waking up to the breathtaking view. Inside there are 6 beautiful bedrooms, each tastefully decorated and 5 having en-suite modern clean bathrooms. The beds are super comfortable with beautiful line . The open plan living, dining and kitchen space was perfect for us and provided with everything we could possibly need, even a double fridge and freezer so plenty of storage. The decor in the villa is beautiful and the extra thoughtful touches such as shopping bags, a straw hat are much appreciated. The outside pool area was great and everyone had a sun lounger with ample room to move around for sun or shade. We particularly loved the outside dining and bbq area which included a sink, worktop and fridge which made meal times so easy and enjoyable. The pool is maintained to a high standard too. On reflection we should have hired a car / mini bus as taxis only carry 4 people so we needed 3 every time we headed to Moraira (each taxi costs around 10/11 Euros so became very expensive for us). Moraira is absolutely stunning with fantastic shops, restaurant, marina and beach and we would not hesitate to return. Dean and Michelle were extremely helpful during our stay too so would highly recommend Whitecoast to hire a property from in the future.
