Pool Cleaning Services

At White Coast Property Management, we take great pride in providing the best pool cleaning services in the area.

We offer year-round pool cleaning and treatment services that include weekly cleaning and treatment during the winter months (October-April) and twice-weekly cleaning and treatment during the summer months (May-September).

Our cleaning service includes the following:

✔   Disinfecting and cleaning the pool

✔   Removing all debris

✔  Cleaning the walls and floor of the pool

✔  Checking the filters, backwashing and rinsing them when necessary

✔  Checking the pool level and topping it up when necessary

✔  Checking the water, chlorine, and pH levels and adjusting them as necessary with the correct chemicals.

The following are the approximate standard prices for our pool cleaning services. Please note that the prices may vary depending on the size of the pool, condition of pool and pump room equipment and a site visit:

✔  Annual fee for a pool of 8 x 4 metres: from €1050+IVA

✔  Annual fee for a pool of 10 x 5 metres: from €1200+IVA

For other sizes, please ask for a quotation and/or a site visit.

All our prices include chemicals and a pre-summer season algaecide treatment.
