depending on the property and the season. We require a 25% deposit at
the time of booking, with the final payment due 30 days before check-in.
We have a specific cancellation policy for all our properties with a
full refund if cancelled at least 60 days before arrival.
While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, it's important to note that reservation payments are non-refundable unless the property can be re-rented and that all guests should have adequate travel insurance.
