Miramonte is a large spacious villa in a very quiet residential area, flat plot and totally private. The villa includes a large lounge with fire place, dining area, spacious kitchen with access to the garden. There are 4 bedrooms in the house 3 king size and one double and with 3 en-suite bathrooms and a family shower room. To the rear of the villa is a large open naya leading to the luxury Mediterranean gardens and huge 12m x 10m pool. In addition, the villa includes an apartment with its own fully equipped kitchen, lounge area, bathroom and bedroom with a further queen size double bed, 2 additional comfortable folding beds are available for guests use in the villa. Outside you can enjoy a fully equipped summer kitchen including BBQ, grill, pizza oven, breakfast bar with outside additional shower and toilet along with the lovely Mediterranean garden with views to the mountain beyond. The villa has air conditioning in all bedrooms, central heating, several open terraces with wonderful open views, lounge seating, exterior shower, storeroom, Wifi, satellite TV, ping pong table, football table, driveway with parking for several cars.
Golf: Within 10 minutes drive of the villa is La Sella Golf Club. The Olazabal designed La Sella Golf Course is near the village of Jesús Pobre. The course has 27 holes, par 72 and is 6,029 metres for 18 holes. The course although flat has many trees and water obstacles and presents a very good challenge. Facilities include : driving range, putting green, motorised trolleys, club bar, lounge bar, restaurant and swimming pool.
Jávea golf club, between Moraira and Jávea and is open all year round. The course is a 9 hole, par 72 and measures 3,035 metres. The course is easy to play and relatively flat. Other facilities include : driving range, putting green, club bar and restaurant..
Within a 30 minute drive north in Oliva is Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. This testing course has 18 holes, is par 72 and measures 7,051 metres. The club has a shop, driving range, restaurant, swimming pool and fitness centre.

Jávea is made up of three areas.
1/ The Arenal with its beautiful sandy beach, bars and restaurants. During the summer evenings the Arenal is busy with crafts stalls, artists and musicians.
2/ The port area with its fish market and promenade.
3/ The old town with its narrow streets, shops, historic buildings. There is a colourful market every Thursday morning.
10k from Jávea is the town and port of Denia with daily crossings to the Balearic islands. Denia boasts miles of sandy beaches with its tree lined streets, pavement cafés, bars and restaurants.
The resort of Benidorm is only a 40 minute drive away and close by is Terra Mítica, which is one of Europe's largest theme parks, you can also visit Aqualandia a themed water park and next door Mundomar with its dolphins, seals and parrots. A drive to Guadalest is a must with its quaint shops, narrow cobbled winding streets and spectacular views from the village square.
Jávea Town: Jávea lies between pine-covered Cabo De La Nao to the South and Cabo De San Antonio to the North. The town is ideal for a family holiday, especially in the Spring when the area is ablaze with blossom from the almonds and the scents of orange and lemon trees fill the air. The World Health Organisation has proclaimed Jávea to be ‘environmentally near perfect’ and you can bask in the Costa Blanca’s brightest sunshine here on about 320 days of the year.
Jávea old town nestles at the foot of 2,500 feet Mount Montgo, a designated nature reserve. It boasts a 16th century church, covered market and for the historically minded a museum housing a nationally important collection of rare Iberian finds from Montgo. After exploring the town’s fascinating narrow streets, you can make your way to the old fishing port about 1 mile away. To the south of the old town lies the Arenal beach, a broad crescent of fine golden sand backed by a promenade of shops and restaurants.
La Guardia/Cabo De La Nao areas: Be sure to stop at the ‘Miradors’ (viewing points), several of which are located within a 20 minute drive from the villa. Without exception, they offer stunning views from cliff top perches of rocky coves and crystal clear water. This is snorkelling territory at its best, reminiscent of Cornwall but with guaranteed good weather! From Cabo De La Nao, it is possible on a clear day to see all the way to Ibiza 100 kms away. Also close by is the idyllic bay of La Granadella, so picturesque that it is often featured on Jávea’s postcards.

Villa Miramonte is exceptional
Villa Miramonte is exceptional, and we had an incredible stay. The pool and outdoor space were truly special, and the attention to detail, both inside and out, made our visit truly enjoyable. All rooms were air-conditioned and extremely comfortable. The facilities and resources available at the villa for our family vacation meant we always had what we needed. White Coast was always quick to assist when we had any questions. We definitely recommend it and booked again for next year as soon as we returned to the UK. A fantastic place.
Amazing villa with huge pool
We have just returned from staying at this amazing villa. The outdoor space was amazing and perfect for a large group. The pool was huge and we spent many hours there! The outdoor kitchen was great for BBQ's. We all had an amazing time.

Wir durften ein wunderschöne Woche in dieser tollen Villa erleben. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Sehr schöner Innenbereich, mit einem super schönen zusätzlichen Appartement. Und der Aussenbereich mit dem riesigen Pool ist schwer zu toppen. Alles in allem; man hat alles was es für erholsame Ferien braucht. Einziger Nachteil; es wird schwierig, beim nächsten mal wieder so etwas tolles zu finden. Herzlichen Dank allen Beteiligten.
Wonderful villa
We havee had a wonderful stay at Villa Mira Monte. It all were perfect, the pool, the garden and the house. Jaeva district is green and different than Alicante south. Xabia is a nice small town with beach and shops, and are close to the villa. The villa needs allthoug a upgrade on outside fridge (the door is leaking), the outside lightning in the sitting area, the outside kitchen, the outside football play table, and the inside filter coffe mashine.
Villa Miramonte
We have had an amazing time here! There were 9 of us and we felt we had plenty of room. We stayed either in the pool or under the covered outdoor seating area due to the heat. The pool is huge and the slide was used by all of us (adults 😆) Plenty of parking, Javea is a short drive away for shopping & the Montgo is a great place to explore. We felt secluded with great panoramic views. We all felt it was great value as there are plenty of big villas that cost far more. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Excellent Villa, we were a party of 7 adults & 4 children. This is a very impressive villa on a very large plot, with well established gardens and a very large pool. There is plenty of space for everyone to relax around the pool. The property surpassed all our expectations, and the management team are always on hand and nothing too much trouble. The best villa we have ever stayed in. Would recommend to everyone.
Wonderful Villa
The villa is a slice of heaven. It ticks all the boxes for everyone's needs and feels so homely. The renovations (new bathrooms) are beautiful and we can't wait to be able to revisit to see what the owner does next. It is in a beautiful position and is very private and not overlooked at all. We were lucky to enjoy three wonderful weeks in our happy place. Anyone who stays here is very lucky!!!!!!
Overall pleasant stay
Our stay at Villa Miramonte was overall pleasant. The house is pretty and the spaces between the terrace and the pool are perfect for a small group of friends. On the other hand, we were relatively disappointed with the maintenance of certain electrical appliances (such as the coffee machine, the toaster, the outdoor fridges, the outdoor grill and some statues). Either these devices were defective or dirty ... An investment in these points to maintain an overall level would be appreciable. The glasses and some cutlery were also dirty when we arrived ... Apart from that, our stay went well and the welcome was very appreciated!

The owners do invest in the property but during the COVID time have been unable to visit and make updates but we will pass on your comments. We hope to see you again soon.
Great Outdoor Terrace with large Pool!
We were a family of 6 adults staying in this house 10 days in June. The house is very spacious and the terrace is wonderful. Never had such a large and clean pool. Seems like the water circulation really works great! Kitchen is fully equipped with sharp knifes ( most vacation homes knifes‘ are blunt ). There is a Senseo machine for a quick coffee but there is a real coffee machine missing. We already mentioned this to be improved because it takes too long for 6 people in the morning. New table tennis which we played on several times. There is a large outdoor fridge great for keeping the drinks cold. Outdoor kitchen could need a little makeover. The house is very close to some good restaurants ( Chalet Suizo, El Gaucho ) and also Javea / Xabia is just a few minutes driving,
