Other areas to explore:

Jávea is made up of three areas.

1/ The Arenal with its beautiful sandy beach, bars and restaurants. During the summer evenings the Arenal is busy with crafts stalls, artists and musicians.

2/ The port area with its fish market and promenade.

3/ The old town with its narrow streets, shops, historic buildings. There is a colourful market every Thursday morning.

10k from Jávea is the town and port of Denia with daily crossings to the Balearic islands. Denia boasts miles of sandy beaches with its tree lined streets, pavement cafés, bars and restaurants.

The resort of Benidorm is only a 40 minute drive away and close by is Terra Mítica, which is one of Europe's largest theme parks, you can also visit Aqualandia a themed water park and next door Mundomar with its dolphins, seals and parrots. A drive to Guadalest is a must with its quaint shops, narrow cobbled winding streets and spectacular views from the village square.

Jávea Town: Jávea lies between pine-covered Cabo De La Nao to the South and Cabo De San Antonio to the North. The town is ideal for a family holiday, especially in the Spring when the area is ablaze with blossom from the almonds and the scents of orange and lemon trees fill the air. The World Health Organisation has proclaimed Jávea to be ‘environmentally near perfect’ and you can bask in the Costa Blanca’s brightest sunshine here on about 320 days of the year.

Jávea old town nestles at the foot of 2,500 feet Mount Montgo, a designated nature reserve. It boasts a 16th century church, covered market and for the historically minded a museum housing a nationally important collection of rare Iberian finds from Montgo. After exploring the town’s fascinating narrow streets, you can make your way to the old fishing port about 1 mile away. To the south of the old town lies the Arenal beach, a broad crescent of fine golden sand backed by a promenade of shops and restaurants.

La Guardia/Cabo De La Nao areas: Be sure to stop at the ‘Miradors’ (viewing points), several of which are located within a 5 minute walk from the villa. Without exception, they offer stunning views from cliff top perches of rocky coves and crystal clear water. This is snorkelling territory at its best, reminiscent of Cornwall but with guaranteed good weather! From Cabo De La Nao, it is possible on a clear day to see all the way to Ibiza 100 kms away. Also close by is the idyllic bay of La Granadella, so picturesque that it is often featured on Jávea’s postcards.

Great time staying at Villa Rosh

We spent a week in Villa Rosh. Grandparents, parents and children (16+). We enjoyed the house immensely. Three of the six rooms have amazing seaview. The two layers with each a sitting area and kitchen gave us enough room to do our own activities. Also important with a group of 10, this house provided us with plenty of silverware, glassware and big pans. Some of the beds were a bit hard to our taste. It would be good to know that the easiest way to get to the house is to go against traffic directions which is allowed for residents. It makes it easier to find the house. Highly recommend this home as a holiday home!

Thanks Maikee and we would love to host you again in the future.

Vue epoustouflante

10/10

We were travelling as a family of nine and were delighted with the ample space the villa provided for a group of our size. There were enough bathrooms to ensure all couples had privacy; the kitchens were fully equipped and there were basic food items - cooking oils, salt, pepper, dried herbs etc - plus a generous welcome hamper to ensure we were good to go. The views from the pool are truly magnificent - you lose time, it's so mesmerising. The villa itself is pure luxury (the most sumptuous master bedroom, which we were lucky to get). All the bedrooms are generously proportioned. The property management company's service is excellent - the best I've ever experienced. Louise was lovely - always available to help; brilliant at settling us in - and the guide the company provides is second to none. I've never come across such a thorough service before. We would definitely book through this company again.

Our family had a wonderful week!

Our family had a wonderful week in this lovely villa that really does have the top trump of spectacular sea and island views all enjoyed from the awesome pool and the multiple balconies. A decent supermarket is within walking distance and it's located in a quiet safe residential area. The local town Javea is also lovely and the people are friendly. Would certainly recommend.

Amazing Villa

This villla is extraordinary, even more beautiful than the pictures, if that’s even possible. We had an amazing time being there and Louise was extremely helpul with any queries we had. The swimming pool is godsend, the kids had a blast, we had to drag them out of it. Since we booked it in May we had the option to ask for the pool to be heated (at an extra charge of. 150 euros/week). I recommend everyone to ask for this, it was incredible. The balcony views are spectacular along with the infinity effect of the pool . We took amazing pictures throughout the property. We recommend the villa to everyone and will definitely plan another trip there as soon as possible.

Thanks so much for the review and we look forward to seeing you again soon.

Gorgeous villa with amazing vi

Outstanding property, quiet location with stunning views of the sea! Lovely pool and jacuzzi area with barbecues nearby! 2 floors above that are gorgeous balconies with stunning views where we ate and danced the evenings away! That's when we didn't travel out to lovely Arenal nearby(15 mins ride away). The management went above and beyond the call of duty to help us! Lovely people! As where the taxi drivers we used from the numbers left at the villa! A car hire is recommended, because of location but we got by without one! Would definitely recommend if you like a quiet location with just the sound of the sea hitting the land! Plenty of room for all seven adults that stayed! Would definitely love to go back next year! Thanks again to Louise and Dean, the management team for being so helpful

Thanks , for such a lovely review of your stay. We cant wait to see you again.  All the best Louise and Dean
